Role Description The Canadian Director of Sales is a full-time remote role responsible for leading sales strategy and execution across the Canadian market. This role oversees sales operations, develops and manages a high-performing sales team, and drives business growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.

Day-to-day responsibilities include setting sales targets, monitoring performance metrics, coaching team members,



and collaborating with marketing and operations to align sales initiatives with company objectives. The Director of Sales will also engage directly with key clients, negotiate contracts, and ensure that customer service standards support strong long-term relationships.

Qualifications

- Relevant experience in Self or Portable Storage
- P/C Insurance license
- Demonstrated skills in Sales and Business Development to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Experience in Sales Operations, including forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Strong Customer Service capabilities, with building trust and long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
