As a sales specialist and dispensing technician, you will provide friendly guidance and support to customers. You will thrive in a collaborative workplace where cross-training is encouraged, and advancement is possible. Evening and weekend shifts are required. Part-time to start, potential opportunity for full-time work.

Responsibilities

- Deliver excellent customer service, while guiding customers in their cannabis purchasing journey
- Respond to customer inquiries with comprehensive knowledge, accuracy, integrity and positivity
- Process sales transactions, and fulfill orders from online sales and express checkout system
- Provide administrative support, and assist with daily opening and closing store operations
- Manage accessories inventory, create POs, receive inventory, and ensure stock is organized
- Merchandise products and maintain a professional storefront
- Cross-train with team members in different sales,



technician and reception roles
- Handle busy, stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor
- Other duties as required

Qualifications

- Minimum age: 19 years
- Minimum education: High School Diploma
- Valid Yukon BARS-C certification
- Clear Criminal Record Background check within last 3 months
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles, preferably in the cannabis industry
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a high level of customer interaction, with suggestive selling and enthusiasm
- Team player with positive, charismatic, and welcoming attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Knowledge of cannabis products and accessories
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Math proficiency for transactions and inventory
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Able to stand for extended periods
