About the Opportunity

Blizza Brands Inc. is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Cannabis Sales Representative to help expand our presence in Ontario's licensed cannabis retail market.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the cannabis industry and preferably an established network of retail contacts. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with licensed retailers, building relationships, promoting cannabis products, and identifying new sales opportunities.

This part-time contract opportunity is well suited to a self-motivated individual who enjoys working independently, meeting people, and representing a Canadian cannabis brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit licensed cannabis retailers throughout an assigned territory.
- Introduce and promote Blizza products to store managers, purchasers, and budtenders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective retail partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up with interested retailers.
- Provide product information, promotional materials, and product education.
- Gather retailer feedback, market insights, and competitor information.
- Communicate sales opportunities and provide regular activity updates.
- Coordinate store visits and travel efficiently throughout the territory.
- Represent Blizza professionally and ensure promotional activities comply with applicable cannabis regulations.

What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian cannabis industry,



particularly Ontario's licensed cannabis retail market, is required.
- Existing relationships or contacts within the cannabis retail industry are strongly preferred, particularly with store managers, purchasers, or budtenders.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or the cannabis industry.
- Understanding of cannabis products, retail operations, and the competitive landscape.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable approaching retailers, promoting products, and identifying business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to travel throughout an assigned territory.
