Responsibilities

- Engage with potential customers through outside sales efforts, including community events, networking, and direct outreach to generate leads
- Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits tailored to customer needs
- Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with dealership goals
- Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline by following up with prospects and maintaining detailed records of interactions
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure smooth transaction processes from initial contact to final delivery
- Utilize marketing strategies to attract B2B clients and retail customers alike, expanding the dealership’s reach in high-end markets




- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, prospects, and partners in multiple languages including Spanish or bilingual capabilities
- Organize appointments, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently using solid organizational skills

Experience

- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales within the automotive industry or a related field such as dealership experience or B2B sales
- Demonstrated success in high-end or luxury vehicle sales environments is highly desirable
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual preferred), especially Spanish
- Familiarity with managing a sales pipeline and utilizing CRM tools for tracking leads and customer interactions
- Experience supporting marketing initiatives and upselling additional products or services
- Knowledge of sales management principles, customer service excellence, and phone etiquette standards
- Solid organizational skills to manage multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining detailed records
