We are seeking motivated and reliable Cargo Van Owner Operators to join our energetic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods in Canada and the USA efficiently and safely, ensuring timely deliveries to various destinations. Responsibilities

- Safely operate your cargo van to pick up and deliver packages, goods, or supplies across designated routes
- Load and unload cargo using proper lifting techniques and equipment such as forklifts when necessary
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, documentation, and reports for each shipment
- Assist with warehouse operations including moving inventory, organizing storage areas, and supporting loading/unloading activities




- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring deliveries are completed on time and addressing any client inquiries professionally

Qualifications

- Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with a cargo van or similar vehicle
- Strong moving skills with the ability to handle heavy lifting safely
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management processes
- Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred)
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and customers
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus
