Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and effective Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately processing transactions. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
- Accurately process sales transactions using the cash register.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively upsell and promote sales.
- Provide information about products, including technology sales, to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.




- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling customer calls.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations.

Experience

- Previous experience as a cashier or in a retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus; experience in technical sales is advantageous.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers.
- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently.
- Ability to upsell products and services effectively.
