Coldwater Pharmacy is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Cashier / Front Store Supervisor to join our team. This hands-on role combines customer service and cashier duties with overseeing day-to-day front store operations.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, takes initiative, and can support the front store team while keeping the store welcoming, organized, and running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Complete cash balancing and opening or closing procedures as assigned.
- Support daily front store operations and help coordinate staff tasks.
- Assist with training and guiding front store employees.
- Receive deliveries, replenish shelves, and monitor inventory levels.
- Maintain product displays, pricing, signage, and store cleanliness.




- Address routine customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.

Qualifications

- Previous retail or customer service experience.
- Supervisory, team lead, or keyholder experience is an asset.
- Robust communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable handling cash and using a point-of-sale system.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a busy environment.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to take initiative.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy retail setting is an asset.
