Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, debit, and mobile payments
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including giving change and balancing cash drawers at shift end
- Conduct product demos when necessary to inform customers about features and benefits
- Assist with merchandising efforts by organizing products on shelves and ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked
- Upsell related products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, adhering to store policies on safety and security

- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Proven experience in retail sales or cashiering roles with strong technical sales skills
