Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs, including product inquiries and recommendations.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments.
- Conduct product demos and upsell additional items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured products.
- Provide bilingual support when needed to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick checkout lines and excellent service.




- Handle customer questions or complaints professionally, utilizing strong communication skills and phone etiquette to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately.
- Experience with POS systems, merchandising, or technology sales is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to demonstrate product demos and perform upselling techniques confidently.
- Strong organizational skills combined with time management capabilities to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
