We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Cashier/Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic retail team. Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping experience, including product inquiries and recommendations
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision and integrity
- Conduct product demos and upselling to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and displays effectively
- Provide transparent communication about store promotions, policies, and product features
- Manage time efficiently during busy periods to ensure smooth checkout processes and minimal wait times





Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash registers, or similar technology is advantageous
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated organizational skills for managing stock displays and maintaining store cleanliness
- Experience with merchandising, product demos, or technical sales can be beneficial but is not mandatory
