We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Cashier/Customer Service representative to join our energetic team. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, inquiries, and product information.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and digital payments.
- Manage cash register operations including cash handling, balancing tills, and issuing receipts.
- Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer needs are met efficiently.
- Use communication skills effectively over the phone and in person to assist customers and coordinate with team members.




- Demonstrate basic math skills for quick calculations during transactions and inventory checks.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers without compromising service quality.
- Support the team with inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and product organization.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
- Organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of technology sales or product demos is beneficial but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed.
