We are seeking dedicated and compassionate casual LPNs to join our long-term care facility in Vancouver. The shifts are 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Position Overview: As an LPN, you will work under the guidance of the Director of Care and the Administrator, delivering quality nursing care in accordance with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNP) standards and South Granville Park Lodge's policies.

Requirements:

- Current Licensed Practical Nurse Registration
- Current Basic First Aid
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Capable of thriving in a challenging and dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in related equipment and skills, including medication administration, liaising with physicians and families, pain management, and conducting physical assessments

Responsibilities:

- Assess, plan, implement,



and evaluate nursing care
- Perform resident admissions, discharges, and transfers according to established protocols
- Ensure the delivery of nursing care aligns with skilled standards and legislative guidelines
