About Eco Clean Up Services

Eco Clean Up Services is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company serving Calgary and surrounding areas. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented and professional cleaners to join our casual/on-call team.

This position offers versatile work based on client bookings. Shifts are offered as jobs become available, and team members may accept available shifts that fit their schedule. There are no guaranteed minimum hours at this time. As our client base grows, opportunities for more frequent and consistent shifts may become available.

What You'll Do

- Perform residential and/or commercial cleaning according to company standards and client instructions.
- Dust and wipe surfaces; vacuum, sweep and mop floors.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, common areas and high-touch surfaces. Empty garbage and replace liners.
- Follow assigned cleaning checklists and site-specific instructions.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly.
- Complete assigned work thoroughly within the scheduled service time.
- Respect clients' homes, businesses, belongings and privacy.
- Report damages, safety concerns, supply shortages or site issues promptly.
- Check in and out of assigned shifts using the company's scheduling or time-tracking system.
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, clients and team members when required.

- Able to manage time effectively while maintaining cleaning standards.
- Comfortable performing physical cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending, reaching and carrying cleaning supplies or light equipment.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Willing to complete a background check where required.
- Previous professional cleaning experience is an asset but is not required.
- Training on Eco Clean Up Services' standards will be provided.
- Reliable transportation is preferred because job locations may vary.

Schedule & Availability Cleaning appointments may take place during weekdays, evenings and weekends depending on client needs. This is a casual/on-call position. Available shifts are communicated as jobs are booked, and there are no guaranteed minimum weekly hours. Applicants with flexible availability are encouraged to apply.
