The Retailer Implementation Team collaborates with Business, Product, and Engineering leadership teams to expand our client's service coverage and drive adoption across a broad portfolio of product features. This is a critical team within the Professional Services organization that plans, executes, and delivers projects efficiently.

Working alongside other technical managers and administrators, the Catalog Administrator will manage both internal and external relationships while implementing key products (e.g., storefront, catalog tooling) that enhance the customer experience on a daily basis.

- Triage tickets effectively
- Assist with daily tasks and special projects
- Identify and troubleshoot inconsistencies or issues and escalate them to the team
- Perform storefront audits and QA
- Assist with launching retailers on the platform
- Review audit reports and resolve errors to ensure data integrity
- Ensure accurate data and maintain a storefront aesthetic that reflects the highest standards
- Verify and classify products, directly influencing the customer experience

Qualifications You Have:

- A high level of organization and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive data
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience with SQL and JIRA
