This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing all aspects of plant utilities, power, refrigeration, and environmental systems in a highly regulated facility. Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Power Plant and Building Services operations, ensuring compliance, reliability, and efficiency

- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of licensed engineers and technical staff

- Ensure adherence to all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

- Plan and execute maintenance and improvement projects to optimize plant performance

- Manage utilities, refrigeration, piping,



and associated systems, identifying opportunities for improvement

- Oversee quality programs, audits, and reporting for regulatory compliance

What You Bring

- 1st Class Stationary Engineer license (Ontario)

- 5+ years of experience in dairy, food processing, or similar regulated manufacturing environments

- Leadership experience supervising licensed engineers and technical staff

- Robust knowledge of regulatory compliance, ammonia refrigeration, and environmental systems

- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills

- Proficiency with computer systems and operational databases

- Commitment to a safety-first, team-oriented culture
