Dan-D Foods Group is an established international food company specializing in nuts, dried fruits, snacks, and related food products. With operations across North America and internationally, we are committed to delivering quality products, expanding our market presence, and driving sustainable business growth.

We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our North American business operations, including our facilities in Richmond, British Columbia, and Fresno, California.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Lead sales and business development initiatives, strengthen key customer relationships, and identify new market opportunities.
- Oversee operations across Canada and the U.S., including production, packaging, supply chain, warehousing, and distribution.
- Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous process improvement.
- Manage financial performance, budgets, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing management teams across multiple functions and locations.
- Strengthen organizational structure, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with applicable food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Report business performance, strategic initiatives, and operational priorities to Group Leadership.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive management experience,



including significant senior leadership responsibility.
- Proven track record in business growth, sales leadership, operational management, and financial performance.
- Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, consumer goods, wholesale distribution, or related industries preferred.
- Strong understanding of North American retail, distribution, and supply chain operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple business functions.
- Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Willingness to travel between Canada and the United States as required.
