- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Chinese dishes using wok techniques, ensuring authentic flavors and presentation.
- Manage food preparation tasks including chopping, marinating, seasoning, and portioning ingredients efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and smooth kitchen operations during busy hours.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels and notifying management of supply needs.
- Follow recipes and portion controls accurately to ensure consistency across all dishes served.




- Support the overall cleanliness of the kitchen area by cleaning utensils, cookware, workstations, and equipment regularly.

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly with Chinese cuisine and wok cooking techniques.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety standards within the food industry.
- Excellent skills in serving customers’ needs with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in meal preparation.
- Familiarity with kitchen safety protocols and proper food handling procedures.
- Effective communication skills to work seamlessly within a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in meal preparation and food service roles that demonstrate reliability and culinary skill.
