Support The Salvation Army’s vital Christmas Kettle Campaign as a Supervisor. Coordinate activities, manage staff, and ensure smooth operations throughout the holiday season. This full-time temporary role involves overseeing the work of Christmas Kettle Campaign Workers and volunteers.

You'll assist with scheduling, orientation, and performance management while fostering solid relationships with kettle sites. Flexibility in scheduling, with shifts potentially including days, evenings, and weekends, will be essential. Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and direct the activities of kettle workers
- Schedule and manage staff and volunteer shifts
- Foster positive relationships with kettle locations
- Ensure security and transport of kettles
- Host at a kettle to ensure proper coverage Requirements:
- Completed High School or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience in community programs
- Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
