Join our dynamic team as a Christmas Light Tree Climber Installer. In this demanding and energetic role, you will be responsible for safely installing, maintaining, and removing festive holiday lighting displays In small to large trees. Your physical fitness and endurance will be tested. Responsibilities

- Safely install holiday lighting displays on residential and commercial properties, ensuring all fixtures are secure and visually appealing
- Use ladders, poles, ropes and harness work to install lights on big trees
- Troubleshoot and repair lighting issues during installation or after completion to ensure displays function perfectly
- Remove holiday lights promptly and carefully after the season ends, minimizing property damage
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide recommendations for optimal display placement
- Maintain all tools, equipment, and safety gear in excellent condition for efficient workflow
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents during installation or removal activities

Requirements

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including cold temperatures during the winter season
- Comfortable working at heights using ladders or scaffolding with proper safety precautions




- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship and safety standards
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, climb ladders, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively
- Prior experience with electrical work or holiday lighting installation is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Valid driver’s license preferred for transportation between job sites

With a Heavy workload September-December and a lighter workload January to April, banked overtime allows winter mountain sport enthusiasts the ability to work 3 days a week through the winter with full pay checks. After May, employees are laid off and eligible for employment insurance and part time work to bridge the gap until the following season.

Pay: $25.00-$32.50 per hour
