The .Net Developer will join the project team to assist with technical design and development, while supporting application work streams across the integration, data, and presentation layers. The role is responsible for delivering scalable API services, executing data migration activities, and contributing to front-end development to ensure a cohesive, end-to-end solution aligned with business and technical requirements.

Assignment Details

Working under the direction of the DevOps Manager and a Solution Architect, the responsibilities of the Systems Analyst will include, but not be limited to the following.

Primary Responsibilities

Custom Development

- System enhancements and functionality updates
- Contribute to front-end development using modern web technologies integrated with .NET back-end services
- Implement UI components aligned with UX designs and accessibility standards
- Participate in troubleshooting and performance optimization across the UI layer
- Ensure design consistency between core solution and associated modules/portals

Project Engagement and Supporting Tasks
- Attend regular team stand-ups and other development focused meetings
- Assist with solution design documentation
- Assist with solution testing (including scripts, execution and remediation)
- Track task status/completion within project KanBan/Planner boards

Secondary Responsibilities: Integration & API Services
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful API services using .NET technologies
- Implement secure, performant, and scalable integration patterns
- Collaborate with other team members to redefine/redevelop existing data extract process and procedures
- Support API testing, documentation, and deployment activities across environments

Data Migration
- Participate in the planning and execution of data migration activities from legacy or source systems to target platform
- Develop and maintain migration utilities, transformation logic, and validation routines
- Perform data quality checks, reconciliation,



and issue resolution in coordination with data and business stakeholders
- Support migration testing cycles and cutover activities as required

EXPERIENCE LEVELS SHOULD BE:
- Level 2: 7+ years of relevant experience in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES COULD INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Develop requirements, feasibility, cost, design, and specification documents for new or production systems.
- Gather and analyse data for the conduct of studies to establish the technical and economic feasibility of proposed computer systems.
- Analyze functional requirements to identify information, procedures and decisions flows and recommend alternatives for solutions.
- Define and document interfaces of manual to automated operations within sub-systems, to external systems and between new and existing systems.
- Define input/output sources including a detailed plan for technical design phase.
- Define and document all systems components, their interfaces and operational setting.
- Define data structures and files, sub-systems and modules, programs, batch, online, production monitoring procedures, testing strategy and systems.
- Document systems design, concepts and facilities, present and obtain approval for detailed system design.
- Translate business requirements into systems design and technical specifications.
- Work with developers to model and produce functional prototype and an operational system including all forms, manuals programs, data files and procedures.
- Implement systems to support projects, departments, organizations or businesses.
- Create, update and maintain procedures and standards.
- Maintain up-to-date business knowledge of standards, policies and processes.
- Provide expert consultation in production system analysis, performance, scalability security and maintenance.
- Analyze and coordinate data file conversions including completing mapping, interfaces, mock conversion work, enhancements, actual conversion and verify completeness and accuracy of converted data.
- Work with importing / restructuring files and data from various sources and in diverse formats.
- Contribute to the work breakdown structure and Project Plan.
