Flawless is accepting applications from reliable, detail-focused cleaners for an upcoming post-construction cleaning project in Kelowna.
We are assembling our crew before confirming the start date. Project dates and working hours will be discussed with applicants as details become available.
You will work with a team to remove construction dust, detail finished surfaces and prepare the property for handover.
Responsibilities
- Remove construction dust using approved cleaning methods.
- Vacuum and mop floors.
- Clean baseboards, doors, frames, cupboards and fixtures.
- Detail kitchens, bathrooms, interior glass and window tracks as assigned.
- Complete cleaning checklists and final touch-ups.
- Follow site safety requirements and report damage or safety concerns.
What We’re Looking For
- Cleaning experience preferred; post-construction experience is an asset.
- Dependable attendance and robust attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a crew.
- Ability to perform active cleaning duties involving standing, bending and reaching.
- Ability to arrive reliably at the Kelowna worksite.
