Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of event spaces, including floors, tables, chairs, restrooms, and common areas before and after events
- Conduct routine commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and waste disposal to uphold high cleanliness standards
- Maintain facilities by inspecting for damages or maintenance needs and reporting issues promptly to ensure safety and functionality
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event equipment and furniture as needed to support smooth event operations
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to create a safe setting for staff and visitors




- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly while adhering to safety guidelines
- Support ongoing facilities maintenance tasks to keep the venue in top condition for upcoming events

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within commercial or event venues is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, procedures, and safety standards
- Ability to perform basic facilities maintenance tasks with attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete cleaning schedules around event timelines
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout shifts
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting maintenance issues
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
