What You’ll Be Cleaning

Our team cleans homes, Airbnbs, offices, commercial spaces and medical facilities. Flexibility is required to work in a variety of settings.

Our clients depend on Tidy One’s trusted reputation and quality standards. We provide location-specific guidelines, checklists and additional training when required to help you deliver consistent results.

Hours and Scheduling Casual, part-time and full-time hours are available, primarily on day shifts. Evening shifts are limited.

Everyone begins on a casual basis during paid training. Upon successful completion of training,



staff may progress to part-time or full-time positions.

Schedules are posted one to two weeks in advance. There are also opportunities to pick up additional hours for last-minute or urgent client requests.

Where You’ll Work

We serve clients in Beamsville, Grimsby, Stoney Creek, Hamilton, Dundas, Ancaster, Waterdown and Burlington.

A valid driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle are required to travel to client locations.

Cleaning experience is welcome, but attitude and reliability matter too. We’ll train the right person!

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding position involving deep cleaning, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming. Activities ,include bending, kneeling, reaching and lifting up to 40 lb.

Police Check A current police check is required. The cost is reimbursed upon hiring with proof of payment.
