Job Job Chance: Cleaning Assistant – Residential & Commercial (Fixed Position) We are seeking a reliable person for a fixed cleaning position, working Monday through Saturday.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Own vehicle and valid driver's license (essential for job travel). Comfortable working at heights / using step ladders (must not have a fear of heights). Physical stamina, speed, and strength (essential to handle heavy-duty deep cleans and post-construction cleaning). Functional English (must be able to understand and communicate effectively; perfect fluency is not required). Strict punctuality and strong attendance record (seeking a highly dependable team member with no history of frequent absences). DUTIES &

RESPONSIBILITIES:



Residential and commercial cleaning. Deep cleans and post-construction cleans. Occasional use of step ladders to reach high areas. Occasional driving for work purposes, as needed.

PAY & WORKING HOURS: Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour. Estimated daily hours: 4 to 6 hours per day (occasionally up to 8 hours on rarer occasions). Schedule: Monday to Saturday. Immediate start. No prior skilled experience required (on-the-job guidance provided).
