CW Impact Commercial Cleaning is seeking an experienced, reliable, and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across multiple commercial properties in Calgary and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on commercial cleaning experience, previous supervisory experience, and excellent communication and organizational skills. This position involves supervising cleaning teams, conducting site inspections, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across multiple commercial sites.
- Conduct regular site visits and quality inspections to ensure company cleaning standards are met.
- Train, support, and provide feedback to cleaning employees.
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, and overall work quality.
- Communicate directly with clients, respond to concerns, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Conduct site walkthroughs, assess cleaning requirements, and assist with preparing quotes for cleaning services.
- Coordinate staffing schedules and respond to employee absences or operational issues.
- Perform hands-on cleaning duties when necessary.
- Oversee specialized cleaning services, including carpet cleaning, floor stripping and waxing, and deep cleaning.
- Ensure proper handling of cleaning chemicals, equipment,



and safety procedures.
- Respond to occasional evening and weekend calls as needed.

Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle to travel between cleaning sites.
- Previous professional commercial cleaning experience is required.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is required.
- Experience with floor stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, and specialized cleaning equipment.
- Experience conducting site walkthroughs and preparing cleaning quotes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cleaning sites and work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.
- Strong customer service skills and a qualified appearance.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Must be flexible and available to respond to occasional evening and weekend calls.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
