Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clerk and Laundry Tech to join our team. This position requires someone who can work well independently and with a small team. We are willing to train in all aspects of this position but prior experience especially in sewing is an asset and will result in increased compensation.

Duties

- Manage laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and uniforms
- Perform thorough cleaning duties across designated areas to uphold hygiene standards
- Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and cleaning materials, reordering as needed
- Interact with customers, taking in and sending out cleaning orders,
- Handle cash and Interact transactions
- Sewing on coveralls and other general sewing tasks

Skills





- Sewing skill are an asset but not required we are willing to train
- knowledge of laundry procedures and cleaning techniques is an asset
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Positive communication skills to coordinate with team members and management
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items up to 50 lbs, and perform manual tasks effectively
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and operational standards

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week
