The Opportunity

Our front desk is the heart of our clinic. It's where first impressions are made, relationships are built, and all the little details come together to keep everything running smoothly.

We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and exceptionally organized Clinic Administrator / Patient Care Coordinator who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy workplace, and takes genuine pride in doing great work.

This isn't just about answering phones and booking appointments. We're looking for someone who can think on their feet, anticipate what needs to be done, and take ownership of their responsibilities.

Someone who is resourceful, quick to learn, and just as comfortable helping a patient as they are tackling a challenging problem behind the scenes.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who cares. About the patients we serve, the teammates they work alongside, and the quality of the work they do.
