Full-Time Position | 35–40 Hours per Week
Help us create an experience that goes far beyond the studio.
At Pilates in Guelph, we believe movement has the power to transform lives. For over 25 years, we've been helping people build strength, restore confidence, and discover what their bodies are capable of.
But what makes our studios special isn't just Pilates. It's how people feel when they walk through our doors, connect with our team, and become part of our community.
We're looking for an exceptional Client Experience & Media Lead who loves connecting with people, has a creative eye, and is excited to help tell the stories that make our community so special.
This is a unique opportunity to combine client experience, social media, video production, community engagement, and education support into one dynamic role.
You'll work closely with our leadership team, instructors, and members across Pilates in Guelph and our sister studio, Pilates in Erin.
What You'll Be Doing

- Plan and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and maintain an organized social media content calendar.
- Film, edit, and produce engaging reels, short-form videos, stories, and promotional content.
- Capture authentic member experiences, instructor expertise, studio events, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Work with our leadership and marketing teams to promote memberships, programs, teacher training, workshops, and special events.
- Respond to social media comments and messages while helping turn online interest into meaningful studio connections.
- Track social media performance and use insights to improve engagement and results.
- Maintain a consistent, professional brand voice across our digital channels.
Video Production & Educational Content Education is an important part of who we are. You'll help us share knowledge with our instructors, students, and wider community.
- Film professional development workshops, instructor education, and training sessions.
- Record and edit Pilates classes for our digital education and OnDemand platforms.
- Organize, label, upload,
and maintain our growing library of educational videos.
- Ensure videos have clear sound, quality visuals, and a professional presentation.
- Coordinate filming schedules, equipment, and content requirements.
- Work with instructors and educators to make educational resources accessible and easy to navigate.
Teacher Training & Education Administration As a host of Body Harmonics Teacher Training programs, we're committed to supporting the next generation of Pilates professionals.
You'll help keep our education programs organized and our students supported.
- Assist with teacher training course scheduling, registration, and communication.
- Prepare student materials, welcome information, and course resources.
- Help coordinate communication between students, educators, and our teacher training partners.
- Support apprenticeship programs, practice teaching opportunities, and professional development events.
- Manage educational content uploads, student resources, and course-related administration.
- Assist with tracking course attendance, student progress, and administrative deadlines.

- Help manage and grow our online Circle community.
- Welcome new members and encourage meaningful participation.
- Share educational resources, videos, announcements, and community discussions.
- Support online learning groups, teacher training communities, and member engagement initiatives.
- Keep our online community organized, positive, welcoming, and aligned with our studio values.

- Are highly organized and able to manage several projects without losing track of details.
- Take initiative, solve problems, and follow through on commitments.

- Understand that social media is about building relationships, not simply posting content.
- Enjoy working both independently and collaboratively.
- Welcome feedback and are motivated to continually improve.
- Believe in the value of movement, wellness, education, and community.
Skills & Experience Ideally, you'll bring:
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, client experience, marketing, or a related field.

Experience with Mindbody, Circle, Google Workspace, or marketing automation platforms is an asset. Experience in Pilates or the wellness industry is welcome but not required. We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, creativity, communication skills, and willingness to learn.

- Social media strategy and digital marketing
