Client Experience & Growth Coordinator (Full-Time)

Be the engine behind Body and Soul, and the right hand to our Operations Lead.

We're a growing multi-location laser clinic, and laser hair removal is our specialty. Clients meet you first, but you're also what keeps everything moving: the front desk, the free trial sessions, the lead follow-ups, the bookings, and the content. If you make things happen without being chased, and you love turning a "maybe" into a happy, booked client, this role is yours to own.

What you'll do

- Greet clients and run a warm, polished front desk
- Guide clients through our free underarms trial session and help them choose the right package
- Follow up with online leads by call, text, and DM, and get them booked in
- Create social media content such as photos, short videos, and stories (no on-camera work needed)
- Support the Operations Lead with day-to-day clinic needs
- Travel between our North York, Scarborough, and Mississauga locations as needed

Requirements

- Available 35-40 hours/week, and must be available evenings and weekends
- Able to start by November 1
- Valid driver's licence and reliable access to a vehicle
- No client-service experience required. Part-time jobs, volunteering, school projects, and content you've created all count as real experience.

Pay and perks

- $19/hour base pay
- Uncapped commission, so the more clients you guide and book, the more you earn
- Full-time, 35-40 hours/week
