We're looking for a Client Representative to join us. In this role, you'll work with customers, learn about their needs, answer questions, and help them explore products and services that could be a good fit.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Connect with new customers and build positive relationships
- Ask questions to understand individual needs and preferences
- Introduce products and services in a clear, friendly, and professional way
- Explain available options and help customers make informed decisions
- Recommend products and services based on what each customer is looking for
- Guide customers through the selection and purchase process
- Stay informed about products, services, and current promotions
- Collaborate with your team and continue developing your skills
