About Us:
MO2R and RT Recovery Clinics are dedicated clinical outpatient facilities in Mississauga specializing in hyperbaric oxygen therapy and patient recovery. We are running a short-term, 1–2 week clinic operations sprint ("Find It Fast") to map our physical spaces, organize supply storage, and catalogue equipment across our two adjacent sites.
Who Can Apply:
Open to anyone looking to gain Canadian workplace exposure, build local references, or support a healthcare facility. No prior medical or healthcare background is required! Full on-site orientation and step-by-step guidance are provided on your first day.
What You Will Do
- Storage Walkthroughs:
Walk through clinic rooms and supply closets with a clipboard/checklist to verify storage cabinets and shelves against standard location codes.
- Supply Package Counts: Record everyday clinic consumables (gauze, wipes, scrubs, paper) by rough package or box count (e.g., "~2 boxes", "1 ream"—no microscopic counting).
- Expiry Date Spot-Checks: Check packaging on medical diagnostic strips and disinfectant canisters to record the earliest expiration date.
- Equipment Verification: Locate clinic machines, workstations, printers, and mobility gear to note whether they are Working or Need Repair.
- Zero Patient Information (Privacy Safe): This is 100% operational facility mapping. You will never handle patient charts, medical records, or personal health info.
What We Offer:
- A friendly, structured, and welcoming clinic team environment.
- Signed confirmation of volunteer hours and a formal letter of reference/recommendation upon request (ideal for resumes and Canadian work references).
Pay: $0.01 per hour Expected hours: No less than 4.0 per week
