Clinical

Externs will assist with daily living activities under the supervision of Registered Nurses and other professionals, while gaining hands-on experience in mental health care. Ideal candidates will be enrolled in nursing or medical programs and exhibit strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist patients with activities of daily living




- Perform mobility assistance and vital signs checks
- Document care provided and notify healthcare professionals
- Engage patients socially and contribute to care planning
- Support comfort measures and perform cognitive assessments Requirements:
- Enrolled in RN, RPN, or medical programs
- Current BLS certification
- Evidence of good academic standing
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
