- Address concerns from community staff and patients effectively
- Conduct regular meetings and huddles for team leadership
- Initiate patient safety investigations and documentation
- Collaborate with nursing staff on clinical documentation Requirements:
- Current RPN registration with no restrictions
- Minimum of 5 years as a Registered Practical Nurse
- Proven experience in team management and leadership
- Strong patient health assessment and organizational skills
