We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team! (Please, do not apply if you are not experienced in CNC setup, operation, and programming.)
Pro-Flange manufactures engineered steel products for industrial sectors across Canada. We have a full warehouse, manufacturing floor, and office support. Everyone knows each other and works well together: our responsibilities and goals are clearly defined, and we value open communication and team work. The candidate will be responsible for:
- Machining steel to technical drawings using CNC lathes
- Job tooling selection, set-up, operation, and break down
- Selecting, editing, and creating CNC programs
- Inspection and dimensional verification of all parts
- Proper QA and Manufacturing procedures
The candidate will have experience and knowledge in:
- CNC machining and operating CNC machines
- The required tooling, setup, operation, and breakdown of CNC lathes
- Knowledge of CNC programming and editing programs
- The use of measurement tools, e.g. verniers
- Reading and understanding technical drawings
- Working in a fast-paced industrial setting:
We are located in Cambridge, ON, north of the 401. We run one shift, 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. We offer competitive wages, quarterly bonuses, full-time permanent positions (no layoffs), OT when available, and a comprehensive no-cost benefits package.

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
