- Operate and maintain the punch maching correctly and efficiently in a fast paced workplace while meeting production targets, maintaining our high quality standards, and minimizing machine downtime.

- Coordinate with team members to maintain production flow

- Troubleshoot tooling, programs and machine issues to minimize downtime and avoid production shutdowns

- Implement process improvements to increase production flow and reduce waste.

- Follow all personal health and safety policies and adhere to safe machine operation and safe material handling practices

- Must have 2+ years experience of CNC machine operation in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.

- Proven communication and decision-making skills.

- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail minded.

- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
