Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Toast to accurately process orders and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure the bar is well-stocked at all times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.




- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours, demonstrating excellent time management skills.

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience, especially in bartending or serving roles.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems like Toast and basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with hospitality or food service positions is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
