Overview

We are seeking energetic and motivated full-time and part-time Baristas to join our dynamic team. As a CoCo Bubble Tea Barista, you will be the friendly face of our brand, crafting delicious beverages and delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your enthusiasm and dedication will directly impact customer satisfaction and store success.

Duties

- Prepare a variety of bubble tea drinks, including milk teas, fruit teas, yogurt drinks, and specialty beverages according to company recipes and standards
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring a positive experience
- Handle food preparation tasks including scooping ingredients, assembling drinks,



and maintaining cleanliness of workstations in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment, including food handling areas and seating areas
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure high-quality service and product safety

Experience

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $17.95-$22.00 per hour
