Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks, ensuring quality and presentation meet company standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing orders and transactions
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to food safety and handling protocols
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about ingredients, and provide friendly service
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without sacrificing quality
- Support food preparation tasks such as ingredient assembly and snack serving as needed





Qualifications

- Previous barista experience or food service background is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling, and hygiene practices
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Experience in the food industry, including serving or food preparation roles, is advantageous
