The Opportunity

Sonoma Capital is growing, and we’re looking for talented Collections Professionals at a range of experience levels to join our expanding Collections and Legal Recovery team.

Whether you’re early in your collections career or an experienced specialist looking for your next challenge, we’re interested in connecting with individuals who are passionate about problem-solving, negotiation, risk management, and achieving strong recovery outcomes.

Our Collections team plays a critical role in protecting portfolio performance while helping customers navigate financial challenges. Team members work closely with customers, brokers, insurers, legal counsel, asset management professionals, and internal stakeholders to develop practical, effective solutions that maximize recoveries while supporting positive customer outcomes.

Depending on your experience and qualifications, opportunities may be available at the Collections Specialist, Senior Collections Specialist, or Team Lead level.

At Sonoma Capital, we believe in finding the right fit rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. We’re open to customizing the role and responsibilities around the right individual’s experience, strengths, and career goals.
