- Define long-term Property & Casualty strategic roadmap
- Gather and manage business requirements effectively
- Collaborate on solutions and product enhancements
- Lead and mentor Product Owners and Associate Product Owners
- Communicate project risks and status updates to stakeholders Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience
- Strong underwriting and product knowledge
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
