Commercial Sales Manager – HVAC

Location: Montreal, QB based We’re working with a leading HVAC manufacturer looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to lead and grow their commercial business across Quebec.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage a sales team while continuing to build relationships with HVAC contractors, consulting engineers, and key customers.

What you’ll be doing:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a commercial sales team
- Build and execute sales strategies to drive growth across Quebec
- Develop relationships with contractors and consulting engineers
- Support equipment selection, specifications, and sales
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to drive results





What we’re looking for:

- 5+ years of sales management experience
- HVAC/R or technical industry experience
- Experience working with consulting engineers and contractors
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Engineering or Business degree preferred
- French fluency is required
