This Assistant General

Counsel role is pivotal in supporting energy infrastructure project development. You will engage in commercial transactions, providing legal advice on power purchase agreements, financing, and joint ventures. Your skills in drafting and negotiating sophisticated documentation will be essential in guiding diverse projects. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal support for project development and commercial execution
- Draft and negotiate various project and financing agreements
