Carré St-Louis et la salle de réception Le Lobby cherche un commis comptable pour l’appuyer dans sa croissance.

Les bureaux administratifs du Groupe sont établis au cœur du Plateau où l’aventure a commencé en 1989, et là où la famille Sandhu a développé son savoir-faire. Le Groupe offre à ses clients un accueil chaleureux et une expérience envoutante, avec un clin d’œil à l’Inde natale de ses fondateurs. Sa réputation est enviable à travers une industrie exigeante mais on ne peut plus passionnante.

La forte croissance des dernières années commande maintenant de faire croitre les équipes pour mieux la supporter, notamment au niveau de l’administration et de la comptabilité.

Le poste de commis comptable est donc un poste clé de notre équipe pour l’avenir.

Rôles et responsabilités

- Conciliation/rapprochement bancaire;
- Préparer des rapports hebdomadaires, mensuels, trimestriels et annuels;
- Entrer les données, coder et concilier les transactions;
- Calculer certains frais, coûts de nourriture/boissons/staff par établissement,

identifier les écarts;
- Produire certaines factures et registres financiers;
- Préparer les paiements aux fournisseurs;
- Identifier et classer l’information comptable de l’organisation
- Soutenir l’équipe de manière générale pour les besoins de finance et





comptabilité (tâches connexes administratives)

Qualifications

DEP ou AEC en comptabilité ou expérience pertinente

2-3 ans d’expérience

Maîtrise d’Excel

Bonne connaissance de SAGE

Souci du détail, efficace et autonome

Salaire

- 22-25$/heure
- Nouveau poste : 3 jours par semaine (choix à convenir)

The strong growth of recent years now requires expanding our teams to better support it, particularly in administration and accounting. The accounting clerk position is therefore a key role in our team for the future. Plus, the food is really good…Roles and Responsibilities:

- Bank reconciliations
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Enter data, code, and reconcile transactions
- Calculate certain expenses, food/beverage/staff costs per establishment, and identify variances
- Produce certain invoices and financial records
- Prepare supplier payments
- Identify and file the organization's accounting information
- Provide general team support for finance and accounting needs (related administrative tasks)

Qualifications:
- DEP (Diploma of Vocational Studies) or AEC (Attestation of College Studies) in accounting, or relevant experience
- 2–3 years of experience
- Mastery of Excel
- Good knowledge of SAGE
- Attention to detail, efficient, and autonomous

Salary & Details:
- Salary: $22–$25 / hour
- New position: 3 days per week (schedule to be agreed upon)
- On-site at the office (Plateau)
