Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to connect with community groups, partners, and stakeholders.
- Organize and coordinate fundraising events, campaigns, and activities that inspire donor engagement and participation.
- Manage databases related to donor information, event registrations, and community contacts to ensure accurate record-keeping and targeted communication.
- Utilize marketing tools and techniques to promote outreach initiatives across social media platforms, newsletters, and other channels.
- Conduct research on potential funding sources, community needs, and partnership opportunities to inform program development.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries from donors, volunteers, partners, and community members.




- Maintain detailed documentation of outreach efforts, fundraising progress, and event outcomes to support reporting and continuous improvement.

Experience

- Excellent research skills to identify new funding opportunities and community engagement avenues.
- Prior experience in customer service roles that require explicit communication and relationship-building abilities (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with fundraising activities including event planning, donor cultivation, and stewardship (preferred but nit required)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to community service with a proactive attitude toward outreach initiatives.
