Company Description Active Leaders of Love (ALL) advances accessibility across Ontario through advocacy and community leadership. The organization focuses on identifying social and economic barriers that limit access to resources, information, and support. ALL collaborates with community members and local leaders to ensure these barriers are recognized, addressed, and reduced.

Through these efforts, ALL works to create conditions for fair and equitable access as a right for all residents. Volunteers and staff contribute to a mission-driven environment centered on inclusion and meaningful community impact.

Role Description The Community & Stakeholder Relations Manager (Volunteer) will lead efforts to build and sustain strong relationships with community members, partner organizations, and key stakeholders. Day-to-day, this role will coordinate outreach activities, manage stakeholder communications, and support advocacy initiatives that promote accessibility across Ontario.

Responsibilities include organizing virtual community meetings or events, maintaining contact lists, preparing updates and briefings, and gathering feedback from stakeholders to inform ALL’s programs and priorities. The manager will collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, support public relations activities, and identify opportunities for partnerships or joint initiatives.

This is a volunteer, remote role, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to contribute strategic and operational support to a mission-driven organization.

- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in communications, public relations, community engagement, or a related discipline is beneficial.
