Access Healthcare Services seeks a Community Visit Nurse for Pembroke and surrounding areas. This full-time role offers $28.50 - $39.50 CAD per hour with comprehensive support for home-based care. As a Registered Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse, you’ll provide high-quality client-centered care, complete assessments for collaborative care planning, and uphold nursing best practices.

- Deliver in-home, client-centered nursing care
