Cogir Senior Living is seeking an Unregulated Care Provider (UCP) to join our health and wellness team. Reporting to the Health and Wellness Manager, you will provide personal care and support under supervision, following the plan of care and company standards.

You will assist with meals, mobility, and daily living activities, document care, monitor residents' condition, and escalate emergencies as needed. A PSW program graduate with current BCLS and First Aid is required, along with VPS
