About this role:

- Provides compassionate, specialized care for patients and families dealing with a “life-altering” complex condition.
- Population of focus (Pediatrics)
- Day shifts at school (Monday through Friday; 8:15AM-3:45PM)

Requirements:

- CNO registration in good standing
- Recent experience with tracheostomy care, ventilator management, suctioning, g-tube care. Training will also be provided.
- Recent experience in home care, chronic care or rehab setting, working with continuous complex care patients will be an asset.
- Recent experience with pediatric population will be an asset.
