What You'll Be Doing You'll manage a portfolio of condominium corporations, working closely with Boards of Directors, residents, contractors, and our internal team to deliver exceptional service.

Your role will include

- Building trusted, professional relationships with condominium Boards and communities.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
- Leading Board meetings and Annual General Meetings.
- Reviewing financial statements, budgets, expenditures, and arrears.
- Coordinating contractors, service providers, and preventative maintenance.
- Providing clear, proactive communication and practical solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with Ontario's Condominium Act and corporation governing documents.
- Working collaboratively with our administrative, accounting, and senior management teams.
- Helping mentor and support team members as opportunities arise.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a confident, capable qualified who enjoys both the operational and relationship-building sides of condominium management.

You bring:

- A valid CMRAO General Licence (required).
- At least 2 years of condominium management experience.
- Strong knowledge of condominium governance, operations, and applicable legislation.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to confidently manage Board relationships and competing priorities.
- A proactive mindset, sound judgment,



and a commitment to follow-through.

Even better if you have:

- Experience managing high-rise condominium properties.
- Experience coordinating major repairs or capital projects.
- Strong financial knowledge, including budgets and financial statement reviews.
- Experience managing multiple condominium corporations.
