We are seeking a construction labourer to join our facilities maintenance team. The ideal candidate would be someone who has some prior experience with general construction projects. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn a wide variety of trades in order to execute our maintenance jobs.
We are looking for a candidate who is able to work both individually and as a team while upholding the highest standards of quality control. The company will help equip the candidate with the knowledge and skills required for the job by providing hands-on training.
Duties
- General maintenance repairs
- Drywall repair / patching
- Painting
- Demolition
- Keep the job site clean and tidy
- Uphold health and safety protocols
- Provide your own general hand tools and personal protective equipment
Job Requirements
- General experience operating power tools
- Smart phone with data to utilize work apps and document work progress
- Drivers license and vehicle
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to learn recent skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to communicate in English for clear job documentation and teamwork
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
